He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Law degree, with a professional experience of 12 years. He replaces SumalathaDandigana. The resignation of SumalathaDandigana from her position as the Company Secretary has been approved by the company, with the Board formally accepting her departure, which came into effect from the closing hours of May 23, 2023.
