63 moons Reappoints Rajendran Soundaram as MD and CEO

In its meeting on May 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of 63 moons technologies limited approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajendran Soundaram as Managing Director and CEO for another three-year term, beginning on June 1, 2023. Mr. Soundaram is a seasoned banking professional with over four decades of experience, specialising in risk management, corporate credit, and international banking.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Devendra Agrawal as Whole-time Director and CFO for a further three-year term, starting from May 27, 2023. Mr. Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance, has been associated with the company since 2005 and has served as CFO since April 2006.
