Atul Auto Ltd appoints Neeraj Chandra as MD

Effective June 1, 2023, Neeraj J Chandra has been designated as the Managing Director of Atul Auto Limited. Neeraj Chandra is a member of the company’s Promoter Group and specialises in overseeing the domestic and international marketing of the company’s three-wheelers. With over a decade of experience at the company, Neeraj joined the Board in 2012 and has successfully handled various assignments and positions.

Simultaneously, Jayantibhai J Chandra, the current Managing Director, will take up the role of Chairman and Whole-time Director at Atul Auto Limited, also effective from June 1, 2023. Jayantibhai J Chandra, one of the company’s promoters, brings a wealth of experience in the automobile industry spanning over four decades. With a broad vision and deep insights, he aims to guide the company toward becoming a leading manufacturer of small commercial vehicles. Jayantibhai possesses expertise in overall business strategy.
