IndiaBulls Real Estate Ltd appoints Manish Kumar Sinha as CFO

IndiaBulls Real Estate Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Kumar Sinha as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sinha, who has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounts, audit, and general management, will assume the role effective from May 17, 2023. He has been associated with the company for approximately 14 years, where he has successfully managed the finance and accounts of the company. Prior to joining IndiaBulls, Sinha has also worked with renowned groups such as Hindustan Unilever Limited and Reliance ADAG. Sinha holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Lucknow University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Meanwhile, the company’s former CFO, Saurabh Garg, has resigned from his position effective as of May 16, 2023.
