Kishor Rajgaria appointed as Company Secretary at Texmaco Rail

Kishor Kumar Rajgaria has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd w.e.f. 30th April 2023.

At 53, Kishor Kumar Rajgaria is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant with more than 20 years of professional experience in Business Planning, Taxation, Costing, Internal Audit, and Legal & Secretarial. He is currently designated as the Joint Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company. Prior to his current position, he served as the CFO of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited starting in 2015 and held the position of Deputy Group CFO at the Institute of Management Technologies.
