Uday Shankar Roy & Kamalji Sahay step down from Angel One

Veteran banker Uday Sankar Roy has stepped down from his position as an Independent Director of broking firm AngelOne Ltd on completion of his five-year’s term. Roy had been associated with several companies including Tantia Constructions Ltd, SBI Life Insurance Company Limited, and Transunion Cibil Limited.

Another senior BFSI professional Kamalji Sahay also completed five consecutive years and ceases to be associated with the company. Sahay is a renowned business leader in the life insurance industry. He has been the founder and MD&CEO of Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance. He has also been associated with Punjab Tractors.
