Varsha Malkani resigns from Capacite Infraprojects Limited

Effective May 15, 2023, Varsha Malkani has stepped down from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Capacite Infraprojects Limited.

Dinesh Ladwa has been appointed as the interim Compliance Officer, starting today. With over 21 years of experience in Company Secretarial & Compliance across diverse sectors, Mr. Ladwa is a qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate.
