Zenstar Technologies’ CS Gaurav Tongia Resigns

Gaurav Tongia tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) to pursue growth opportunities, effective June 30, 2024.

Tongia previously worked with AUNDE Faze Three Autofab Limited as AGM-Legal & Company Secretary and eClerx as Company Secretary and Head-Legal & Compliance. He holds a Masters’ degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from the SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
