Voltas Appoints Amit Jaiswal as Head of Internal Audit
Voltas Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Jaiswal as the Head of Internal Audit, effective December 8, 2025.
A Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of specialised experience, Jaiswal brings strong expertise across internal audit, internal financial controls, risk management, forensic investigations, compliance, and data analytics.
Before joining Voltas, he served as the Global Head of Internal Audit at Cipla, where he played a key role in strengthening governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across diverse geographies. Jaiswal began his career in 2007 with Suresh Surana & Associates and moved to Cipla in 2012, taking on increasingly strategic responsibilities in the organisation’s audit function.
His appointment is expected to reinforce Voltas’ internal assurance mechanisms and support the company’s commitment to robust governance and risk management practices.
