Vivek Anant Karve Joins Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company As Independent Director
Vivek Anant Karve has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, with effect from September 15, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Karve is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience across consumer products, IT services, and financial services. He has held leadership roles at well-known organisations, including P&G, ICICI, Siemens Information Systems, Marico, and Mahindra Finance. At Marico, he spent two decades in senior roles, serving as Group CFO for six years, where he drove key initiatives in performance management, governance, automation, M&A due diligence, and functional excellence. Karve is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai.
