Vivek Anand CFO Of DLF Has Resigned, Ashok Tyagi Takes Over

Vivek Anand, the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DLF, has resigned. Anand has decided to move on from the company after a stint of over 4 years to pursue other career avenues. His resignation will take effect on February 29, 2024.

Ashok Kumar Tyagi, Managing Director, DLF Limited, who has the overall responsibility for all corporate functions, will now have oversight of the Group Finance, IT, and Secretarial functions in addition to his current responsibilities as MD. Tyagi has had a long stint as the Group CFO and has continued to review the function in his role as CEO and Whole-time Director.
