Vishal Jain, Independent Director on Career Point’s Board Resigns

Career Point Limited announced the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Vishal Jain on 3rd August 2023. In his letter to the board, Jain has cited his preoccupation and personal reasons for tendering the resignation. Jain has more than 20 years of experience in managing important corporate portfolios. Jain started his career in 1996 with a brief stint at Indorama Synthetics, Nagpur. He moved on to Apple Computers in Singapore in 2000, before joining Merrill Lynch, New York, in an advisory capacity. The next step in his journey came in 2008 when he moved to Nadathur Estates to head their Wealth Management Business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Engineering College, Kota and a Master’s Degree in Management from the National University of Singapore.
