Varroc Engineering Shareholders approve Directors’ appointments

Varroc Engineering Limited has announced the appointment of Tarang Jain and Tarun Tyagi as the Directors of the Company, effective September 13, 2023.

Tarang Jain serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Varroc Engineering. Jain has approximately 34 years of experience in the automotive sector. He completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Bombay’s Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, and he holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. He has approximately 34 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Tarun Tyagi heads the Metallic Business. He has 29 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. He began his career at Shriram Pistons & Rings and has worked in various roles, including overseeing the Northern Region at FAG Bearing and managing OEM sales in the CV Tractor 3W OTR segment at Volvo Eicher Gear Business Unit. Since 2009, he’s played a crucial role in growing the Global VARROC, aftermarket division. He is skilled in developing OEM businesses, nurturing talent, managing finances, and building complex supply chains. He has a master’s degree in Marketing Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
