V2 Retail’s Company Secretary Sudhir Kumar has quit

V2 Retail Limited has informed the exchanges that Sudhir Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (a Key Managerial Personnel) of the company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on April 9, 2024.

Prior to joining V2 Retail in June 2020, Sudhir worked with Havells India, V-Mart Retail, and Asahi India Glass Ltd.
