V. K. Viswanathan Retired As Independent Director Of ABB India

V. K. Viswanathan has completed his term as an Independent Director of ABB India Limited, effective November 12, 2024.

Viswanathan has over 40 years of experience in the automotive and consumer products industries and was the Chairman of Bosch Limited. He has held several executive positions at Bosch Group, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL), and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in India, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States. He also serves on the Boards of various companies, such as Bharti Airtel Limited, HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd., and TransUnion CIBIL Ltd. He has also served on the Management Committee of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. Viswanathan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has completed various advanced leadership management programs at notable schools, including Stanford University.
