Unveiling ‘The Anatomy of M&A’ – Global Book Launch at Board Stewardship Live Webinar

Board Stewardship is delighted to host another live webinar in August, coinciding with the global e-launch of the much-anticipated book, ‘The Anatomy of M&A,’ Co-Authored by Dr. V S Parthasarathy, on Friday, 8 August 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM. Marking a significant occasion, a rare move by the Board Stewardship. The webinar will underscore the importance of the book launch and its relevance to the evolving landscape of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The live webinar will begin with a welcome address by Vikesh Wallia, Managing Director & Editor of Board Stewardship, setting the stage for the e-release of the book.

The next segment will be a book launch, titled ‘Book e-release: The Anatomy of M&A’, which will formally introduce the audience to this insightful publication that dissects the key elements, frameworks, and strategic nuances of M&A.

Following the launch, a thought-provoking discussion on: The Anatomy of M&A will be held featuring an esteemed panel of speakers, Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman, Advisory Board, Board Stewardship; Dr. V S Parthasarathy, Co-Author of the book and an Independent Director on Multiple Boards; Anshul A Gupta, Partner, KPMG Dubai; and Vikesh Wallia.
