Uma S. Mantha Resigned As Company Secretary Of KIMS

Uma Shankar Mantha, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, has resigned to pursue external career opportunities and will be relieved effective December 17, 2024.

Mantha is a lawyer and company secretary, having more than 20 years of work experience. He has previously held positions like Manager Legal and Company Secretary at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., Company Secretary at IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd., and Secretarial Officer at Lanco Group Ltd. He has experience in legal drafting for various laws, including, but not limited to, drafting of agreements and contracts, etc. Mantha is a graduate in commerce from Osmania University, an alumnus of Railway Degree College, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
