Ujjivan Small Finance Bank’s CFO Ramesh Murthy To Take Early Exit

Ramesh Murthy, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited on September 26, 2024, has expressed his desire to be relieved earlier from the post with October 7, 2024, being his last working day in the bank, due to his personal commitments. He was scheduled to retire by superannuation on November 24, 2024.

Ramesh Murthy is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having joined the bank in March 2022. Prior to joining, he served as CFO of Karur Vysya Bank (KVB). He spent more than 17 years with Mashreqbank PSC in several positions. Earlier in his career, he has also worked with Commercial Bank International PSC, ANZ Grindlays Investment Bank, and Wipro GE Medical Systems Ltd. He holds his master’s degree from Osmania University and also completed the General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
