Uday S. Bhansali Appointed As Independent Director Of Kansai Nerolac Paints

The Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has approved the appointment of Uday Shirish Bhansali as Independent Director with effect from November 6, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Uday Shirish Bhansali began his career as a consultant with Accenture Plc (formerly Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting) initially in London and held multiple roles over 20 years. He then moved to Kotak Mahindra Capital Company (Kotak Investment Banking) as Executive Director, followed by a stint with General Electric Company in 2010 as Executive Vice President of Business Development in South Asia. Bhansali was the President, Financial Advisory for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a bachelor’s degree from Sydenham College, University of Mumbai.
