TTK Prestige Appoints Girish Rao As Independent Director

Girish Rao has been appointed as an Independent Director of TTK Prestige Limited with effect from March 25, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders through a postal ballot.

Rao has nearly 37 years of experience in the industry, and he has led multiple domestic and international initiatives across various industries. In 2010, he founded Vidal Health to acquire TTK Healthcare Services (P) Ltd., transforming health insurance administration. Vidal Health expanded to the UAE and Oman in 2015 and grew through acquisitions, including Vipul Medcorp, becoming one of India’s top three TPAs (Third-Party Administrators). In April 2024, Bajaj Finserv Health Ltd. acquired Vidal Health Shares. He also led Nova Medical Centres Pvt. Ltd. Earlier, he held senior roles at TTK Prestige Ltd., overseeing international and domestic marketing. Rao holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master of management studies from Mumbai University.
