Trident Strengthens Leadership Team with Avneesh Barua As CFO

The Board of Directors has inter alia approved the appointment of Avneesh Barua as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person (CFO & KMP) of Trident Limited with effect from November 6, 2024.

Avneesh Barua is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with more than 11 years of varied experience in managing Finance & Accounts, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Treasury Operations, Working Capital & Fund Management, and Business Finance & Strategies. Previously, he worked as Senior General Manager at Panchshil Realty, Senior Manager – Accounts at Dilip Buildcon Ltd., and Finance Controller at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited (formerly Crompton Greaves Limited). Barua has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya and is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
