Trident Appoints Samir Joshipura as CEO

The Board of Directors of Trident Limited has appointed Samir Joshipura as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from February 20, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company has also appointed Satish Kanagala as the Chief of Environment, Social, and Governance (SMP) with effect from February 20, 2024.

Samir Joshipura has more than twenty-five years of experience in strategy, change management, and transforming businesses in the building materials, auto components, textiles, paper, FMCG, banking, and IT sectors. Joshipura’s immediate previous assignment was as Chief Executive Officer with Sintex BAPL Limited, where he worked for ~9 years. He is an engineer and has an MBA.

Satish Kanagala is an engineer with twenty-five years of experience in ESG and Sustainability functions. Kanagala was earlier associated with major corporates viz., Jubilant Group, PI Industries, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Teva India, Dr. Reddy’s, GSK Healthcare, and Nagarjuna Fertilisers.
