Trapti Joins Max India As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Max India Limited has appointed Ms. Trapti as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from November 27, 2024. She is also being appointed as a Nodal Officer for the purposes of verification of claims and coordination with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.

Trapti has worked in secretarial and compliance management for more than 11 years in companies including Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd., Agilus Diagnostics Ltd., Fortis Healthcare Ltd., and Varun Beverages Ltd. She graduated from Kota University with a degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
