Tim Buckley Joins Boeing’s Board of Directors

The Boeing Company has announced the appointment of Tim Buckley, former CEO of Vanguard Group, to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2025.

Buckley will contribute his expertise by serving on Boeing’s Finance and Governance & Public Policy committees. During his tenure at Vanguard, he held prominent positions, including Chief Investment Officer and Chief Information Officer.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Buckley has demonstrated a strong commitment to philanthropy. He served as Chairman of the Board at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and as Trustee and Vice Chair of The Shipley School.

Buckley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
