Three Independent Directors retired from Onward Technologies

Three independent directors of  Onward Technologies Ltd Parish Meghani, Rahul Rathi, and Subrata Kumar Mitra are set to retire on 20th July 2023.

They will complete their term as Independent Directors on July 20, 2023, and consequently cease to be the Independent Directors of the Company thereafter, the company said in a statement.

Subrata Kumar Mitra is the former head of the financial services business at Aditya Birla Group. he has served in several advisory roles in private equity firms as well as international banks.

Currently, he is India’s correspondent for Asia Asset Management, Hong Kong, and continues to be an advisor to a large international bank. He has also been a Nominee Director on the Board of the companies on behalf of PE firms. He continues to be associated with several international and domestic NGOs and business chambers in India. He is a founding Governing Council Member of the newly registered Association of Corporate Independent Directors (ACIND).

Parish Meghani has been actively involved in three businesses-auto ancillary manufacturing, real estate, and equity investments. He is a Production Engineering graduate from Mumbai and an MBA (Finance) from Bentley College, Massachusetts (USA).

Rahul Rathi is the Chairman & Fund Manager at Capmetrics Investment Advisors (Purnartha).  He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and a degree in Polymer Engineering from the University of Pune. He is a Trustee of the Pune Blind Men’s Association as well as the Laxminarayan Devasthan Trust.
