Thiagaraja Manikandan appointed Chief Transformation and Digital Officer at Caplin Point

Caplin Point Laboratories appointed Thiagaraja Manikandan as the Chief Transformation and Digital Officer, effective June 11, 2024.

Thiagaraja Manikandan has over thirty years of expertise in driving digital transformations in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, CPG, food and agribusiness, direct marketing, consumer durables, and media. He excels in corporate settings that are both B2B and B2C. He started his career in 1990 at Business India as the Head of Information Technology (IT). He then held the same position at Tupperware Corporation. Later, he joined Agro Tech Foods in the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO).

He holds a Masters’ degree in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research from Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu.
