The Board Of IOL Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals Appoints Rajni Jha As Independent Director For Three Years

The Board of Directors of IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited has approved the appointment of Rajni Jha as an Additional and Independent Director for a term of three years, with effect from October 28, 2024. Subject to approval of members of the company.

The Board has approved the postal ballot notice to seek the approval of the shareholders through postal ballot for the appointment of Rajni Jha as Independent Director of the company.

Rajni Jha has over 32 years of experience. An IIT Kanpur scholar and Regulatory Affairs professional, she has made significant contributions across various departments, including Chemical Research, Corporate Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Drug Regulatory Affairs-RA & QA [R&D & Manufacturing Plant] Techno Commercial Team. Rajni Jha has done an M.Sc. in synthetic organic chemistry from Kanpur University. Throughout her versatile career, Rajni has held leadership roles at major Indian pharmaceutical companies such as Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, Morepen, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Glenmark Pharma, Unimark Remedies, Nicholas Piramal, Ind Swift Laboratories, Naari Pharma, and Freyr Global Regulatory Solutions. Her leadership has led to numerous facility approvals from agencies like the USFDA, EDQM, MHRA, KFDA, NMO Greece, TGA Australia, and PMDA for both APIs and Formulations.
