Thangamayil Jewellery Appoints N. Jegatheesan & K. Thirupathi Rajan as Independent Directors

The Board of Directors of Thangamayil Jewellery Limited has approved the appointment of Dr. N. Jegatheesan and K. Thirupathi Rajan as Independent Directors (Additional Directors) for five years each, with effect from May 20, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Dr. Jegatheesan has a doctorate in commerce and has also done his BL from MK University Madurai. He practiced as an advocate for six years in the bar council at Madurai. He is a business entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience. He is also the President of the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madurai.

K. Thirupathi Rajan is a business entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the field of consumable and agrimine products. He is an exporter of consumable goods and has business relations in many countries. He has an MBA in Finance & International Marketing from MK University Madurai and a master’s in Business Law (MBL) from National Law School India, University of Bangalore.
