Tata Investment Appoints Savitha Narayanan as CTO & Jenniefer Samuel as Head of Internal Audit

The Board of Directors of Tata Investment Corporation Limited has approved the appointment of Savitha Narayanan as Chief Technology Officer for three years, with effect from April 1, 2024. The Board has also appointed Jenniefer Samuel as Head of Internal Audit, with effect from April 30, 2024, for 3 years as per RBI regulation.

The reappointment of Ankan Mondal as Chief Risk Officer has also been approved by the Directors of the company. Furthermore, the Directors have approved the resignation of Kersi Bhagat from the post of Head of Internal Audit.

Savitha Narayanan has an experience of more than 15 years in the IT industry. She has managed multiple projects on varied technologies in the role of a Project Manager. She has led and delivered successful projects for Nucsoft Limited and Patni-iGate (now CAPGEMINI). She holds a degree in electronics engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University.

Jenniefer Samuel is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of expertise in internal audit functions across diverse consulting firms and a prominent stock broking house. She is proficient in conducting end-to-end process audits spanning functions such as accounts and finance, HR and payroll processing, fixed assets, procure to pay, revenue recognition, tax compliance, and SEBI compliance.
