Tata Consumer Extends Sunil D’Souza’s Tenure as MD & CEO Until 2030

Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) has extended the tenure of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) Sunil D’Souza for another five years until 2030.

D’Souza has 31 years of experience in the consumer products sector; he has worked across strategy, growth, and execution in multiple markets. Before joining TCPL, he was the MD of Whirlpool India Ltd. for over four years, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s business in India. He also spent 15 years at PepsiCo, managing the commercial aspects of its food and beverage portfolio across Asian markets. D’Souza began his career with Hindustan Unilever in 1993. He holds a degree in engineering from the University of Madras and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C).
