The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Limited has approved the appointment of Rakesh Jha, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, which will take effect from October 28, 2024, in place of Vinod Kumar Dhall.

Rakesh Jha, a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, has been appointed Chairperson of the Board with effect from June 30, 2024, or the date of IRDAI approval, whichever is later.
