Hi-tech Gears Announces Retirement of Four Independent Directors Following Completion of Second Term
Anil Kumar Khanna, Sandeep Dinodia, Vinit Taneja, and Krishna Chandra Verma have retired as Non-Executive Independent Directors of Hi-tech Gears Limited, effective from the close of business hours on September 17, 2024, upon completing their second term in office.
