Kalpana Morparia will cease to be an Independent Director (Lead Independent Director) of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited with effect from July 30, 2024, after completion of her second term of directorship.
Dr. Reddy’s promotes M. V. Narasimham to CFO
M. V. Narasimham, currently Dy. Chief Financial Officer of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, is being elevated to the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from August 1, 2024.
