The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Limited has approved the appointment of Angna Arora as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from December 11, 2023.
In a recent development, LTIMindtre Limited's Board of Directors sanctioned the appointment of Angna Arora as Compliance Officer, effective November 28, 2023.

A former CEO of Atos India, he has a strong track record in business strategy, optimizing operations, and fostering profitability.
