Symphony’s CEO -India Vijay Joshi Retired

Vijay Joshi retired as the CEO – India of Symphony Limited on September 11, 2023. Harshal Upadhyay took over Joshi’s responsibilities. Upadhyay has been serving as the President of Operations since August 2022. This change was part of a plan to ensure a smooth transition when Joshi retired.

Harshal Upadhyay, aged 51, has more than 28 years of professional experience in the engineering industry. He has worked for both American and Japanese multinational companies and has experience in various cultures. Before joining Symphony, he worked at Zamil Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia as Director of Business Development, where he was in charge of forming strategic partnerships and managing products. He has also worked at Intertek ETL Semko, Whirlpool, and Amtrex Hitachi Appliances Limited. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Gujarat University.
