Svetlana Boldina To Step Down As CFO Of Nestlé India For Affiliate Role; Successor To Be Announced
Nestlé India said in a regulatory filing that Svetlana Boldina, Chief Financial Officer, will resign from her position effective January 31, 2026, to take up a new assignment with an affiliate of the Nestlé group.
Boldina joined Nestlé India in March 2023 as Executive Director of Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She serves on the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board. She also holds a directorship at Nestlé Lanka Limited. She has over 25 years of experience with Nestlé, working in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Indonesia, including as Head of Finance & Control at Nestlé Indonesia. She has contributed to business decision-making and the development of finance and IT teams. A Russian national, Boldina holds an Engineering degree from Moscow Telecommunication University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance Technology from the Russian Academy for Economics.
