Suresh E. Prabhala & Dinesh R. Malkani Join Page Industries As Independent Directors
Suresh Eshwara Prabhala and Dinesh Ramkrishna Malkani have been appointed as Independent Directors of Page Industries Limited, effective May 28, 2025.
Sandeep Maini and Vikram Shah are completing their term as Independent Directors on May 27, 2025, and ceased to be Independent Directors with effect from the same date.
Suresh Prabhala is a financial service professional with 27 years of experience, including 21 years in private equity investments in India. He held the role of Executive Director and India Head for Principal Investments at JPMorgan and was a member of its Asia Management Committee. He is the General Partner and Co-Founder of ADV Partners Capital Management, an Asia-focused private equity firm managing around USD 1.25 billion, where he leads investments in India and South Asia. Before ADV, he established the India business for Mount Kellett Capital Management and served as Managing Director and Head of India. He specialises in investing in privately held, family-owned mid-market companies, with a focus on manufacturing, healthcare, and business services.
Dinesh Ramkrishna Malkani is the Founder and CEO of Smarten Spaces, an AI-based workplace and space management platform. He has over 26 years of experience in global technology leadership, having worked across India, the Asia-Pacific region, and the United States. He has led digital transformation initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts. At Smarten Spaces, he has overseen global expansion, serving Fortune 500 companies in more than 30 countries. Prior to this, he served as President of Cisco India & SAARC, where he contributed to major national projects such as Digital India, Smart Cities, the National Defence Network, and the rollout of Reliance Jio’s 4G network.
