Sukesh Joshi, Independent Director of Hilton Metal Forging retires

Hilton Metal Forging announced the Retirement of Sukesh Joshi from the post of Independent Director with effect from 25th August. The company has also announced the appointment of Vivek Sharma and Priyam Chaturvedi as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors with effect from 25 August 2023.

Sukesh Joshi, 64, is having more than 39 years of Experience in Various areas of Engineering and technology. His expertise includes Design, Development, and Manufacturing including new Product and business development through inorganic growth in the field of Engines, Tractors and Generating sets. He worked in senior positions in companies like HMT Ltd, Force Motors Ltd and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He played leadership roles in the development of new products & converting them to business models with customer delight. During his tenure with M&M, he had worked in China for about 7 years on Joint ventures through techno-commercial skills. He is a Bachelor of Engineering & Technology.
