Sudhindra Jain and Dr. Yashvir Singh Retired As Independent Directors of Mirza International

Sudhindra Kumar Jain, Qazi Noorus Salam, and Dr. Yashvir Singh have completed their second term of five years as Independent Directors of Mirza International Limited w.e.f. September 18, 2024.

Sudhindra Kumar Jain is a practicing Chartered Accountant with three decades of experience in income tax and accounting. He is also a researcher and frequently speaks at seminars on direct taxes. He has served as an Independent Director in nationalised banks and has been chairing the Audit Committee at Mirza.

Yashvir Singh has over three decades of experience across industry, government bodies, and institutions; he is a member of the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He holds a postgraduate degree in science, along with an M.Phil. and PhD.

Qazi Noorus Salam is a prominent advocate based in Kanpur, with a rich and diverse legal career spanning more than 50 years.
