Sudha Reddy Punuru Concludes Her Tenure As Independent Director Of NCL Industries

Sudha Reddy Punuru completed her term as Independent Director of NCL Industries Limited, w.e.f. January 3, 2026.

Punuru serves as Managing Director (MD) of KN Biosciences (India) Pvt. Ltd., KN Media Pvt. Ltd., KN Farm Equipment (P) Ltd., and is a partner in Wellora Biosciences LLP. She is also a resource person for the Horticulture Training Institute in Hyderabad. She has received the Guild of Women Achievers Award (2002) and the Mokshagundam Visveswarayya Award from the All India Manufacturers Organisation (2004), recognising her contributions to entrepreneurship and agricultural innovation. Punuru is a life sciences postgraduate from Hyderabad Central University with over 17 years of experience in agriculture, R&D, and administration, specialising in biosciences and agriculture.
