Sudeep K. George Transitioned From COO To CEO-HCM Of TeamLease Services

Sudeep Kurian George was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Staffing Business at TeamLease Services Limited, and his role is now transitioned to Chief Business Head – Human Capital Management (HCM), effective December 1, 2024.

Amit Jain, Chief Executive Officer, HCM, has resigned to pursue new opportunities outside the company and will be relieved from the services with effect from December 2, 2024.

George brings more than 27 years of experience. At TeamLease, in his former role as the COO for Staffing Business, he led the Customer Success Group, Technology, particularly Business Finance functions, and Operations & Statutory-Compliance departments. Before TeamLease, he worked with Modi Xerox Ltd., Concert Capital, SBI Cards & Payment Services, and Exide Life Insurance (formerly ING Life).
