Subrata Mitra and Dr. Jagadip Singh Redesignated as Non Independent Directors at ITNL

Subrata Kumar Mitra and Dr. Jagadip Narayan Singh, who were Independent Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited, completed their term on November 30, 2023. Now the Board has appointed them as Additional Directors (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) with effect from December 1, 2023.

Subrata Kumar Mitra is an eminent banker having considerable experience in the banking and financial sector including advisory services on domestic and international fronts and also represents the Board of several reputed companies in diverse industries as an independent Director. Dr. Jagadip Narayan Singh is an IAS (Retd) having completed his tenure of over 3 years as Chief Secretary of Gujarat State in November 2019. Dr. Singh has considerable experience in the areas of Industrial Infrastructure, Power, Telecom, Highways, Water and State Finances. He possesses a degree from JNU and Ph.D. from MS University.
