
Steve Cahillane Appointed As CEO Of Kraft Heinz
The Kraft Heinz Company has appointed Steve Cahillane as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with effect from January 1, 2026. He will succeed Carlos Abrams-Rivera, who will step down and continue as adviser until March 6, 2026, to support the transition.
Cahillane will also join the company’s board and lead the sauces and condiments business after the planned separation. He previously served as Chairman, President, and CEO of Kellanova, which was acquired by Mars in December 2025. He earlier led the separation of Kellanova from Kellogg Company. His past roles include senior leadership positions at The Nature’s Bounty Co., The Coca-Cola Company, and AB InBev. He is a consumer goods executive with experience across food, beverage, and packaged goods companies. Cahillane has worked on brand management, portfolio strategy, and business separations.
