
Stanley Reynolds & Douglas Rosencrans Appointed As Interim Co-CEOs Of 7-Eleven
7-Eleven, Inc. has appointed Stanley Reynolds, its President, and Douglas Rosencrans, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP & COO), as interim Co-CEOs, effective immediately.
Reynolds oversees finance, planning, development & real estate, construction & facilities, M&A, strategic sourcing, and Canada operations. A member of 7-Eleven’s Executive Committee, he joined the company in 1997 as Manager of Corporate Finance, rising to CFO in 2005. Prior to 7-Eleven, he was Vice President (VP) in Corporate Banking at NationsBank and a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Whinney. He serves on the Boards of 7-Eleven, Inc. and 7-Eleven International. Reynolds is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University.
Rosencrans oversees more than 7,400 franchised locations and develops strategic plans to support store growth and profitability. A member of 7‑Eleven’s Executive Committee, he has over 11 years with the company, previously serving as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Franchise Operations, Vice President and General Manager (VP & GM) of Canadian operations, and VP of Operations for 670 sites in Texas. He also led 7‑Eleven Fuel Operations. Before joining 7‑Eleven, Rosencrans held leadership roles at Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.
