Srirama Raju Kapalli Appointed As CFO Of Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals

The Board of Directors of Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited has appointed Srirama Raju Kapalli as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from January 4, 2025. He has succeeded Sudhakar Rao Annam, who resigned from the same position on the same date.

Kapalli is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounts, compliance, and commercial functions across manufacturing, infrastructure, and listed companies with strong governance practices. He was associated with Adani Ports (APSEZ), Vishakhapatnam, as General Manager of Finance and was the CFO of NCC Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. He has successfully handled financial closure and divestment for major infrastructure projects.
