Sriram Venkataraman To Step Down As Group CFO of Flipkart

Flipkart Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) Sriram Venkataraman is set to step down in the coming months, as the company prepares for a planned public listing. No successor has been announced.

Venkataraman joined the Bengaluru-based firm in 2015 and has overseen its finance function during a period of expansion and restructuring.

Venkataraman is a finance professional with experience in corporate finance and treasury. He has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Flipkart and has held roles including CFO of its Commerce Platform. Before joining Flipkart, he worked at Hindustan Unilever in positions such as General Manager of Finance, Director of Corporate Finance, and Treasury for Asia Pacific, and Finance Director. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
