Sridhar Kumar To Be The New CFO Of Rane Lining

The Board of Directors of Rane Group approved the appointment of Sridhar Kumar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from July 01, 2024. He will replace J. Ananth, who is moving to another position within the Rane Group.

Sridhar Kumar, is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has over 29 years of experience in the field of accounts and financial management. He has been associated with Rane Group since 1997 and currently serves as the CFO of Rane Holdings. He earlier served as the CFO of Rane Brake Lining. His areas of expertise are Strategic Business Planning, Budgeting, Cost controls, Optimising Tax benefits, Management Information Systems and Treasury Management.
