Sridhar Kadangode Steps Down As CFO And Whole-Time Director Of Abbott India

Sridhar Kadangode has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Abbott India Limited, effective February 26, 2025, and from his role as Whole-Time Director, effective December 16, 2024, to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Sridhar Kadangode has 25 years of experience in finance. Earlier, he worked with Abbott Healthcare’s Nutrition business, leading key projects during demonetisation and cost initiatives. He started his career at Britannia Industries and then worked at Group Danone, handling finance, supply chain, and procurement functions across multiple countries before joining Abbott. Sridhar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
