Sraban Kumar Karan has tendered his resignation from the post of “Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) and Nodal Officer” of Panasonic Energy India Company Limited to pursue his professional aspirations.
The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors on November 8, 2024, for its consideration and formal acceptance.
