Spencer’s Retail CFO Neelesh Bothra Resigns

Neelesh Bothra has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Spencer’s Retail Limited with effect from January 20, 2024, due to personal reasons.

Bothra is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Prior to Spencer’s Retail, Bothra worked with Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. as Group Financial Controller, Landmark Group India, OYO as Vice President Finance, and also worked with Bharti Airtel Limited.
